Searching for and logging food has never been easier with MacrosFirst. With access to over 5 million foods or the option to use the barcode scanner, you'll have no trouble accurately logging your meals.

Keeping detailed notes tied to specific days or meals is made possible with the option to save day and meal notes.

For your convenience, MacrosFirst allows you to export your daily meal history with complete food details in Excel format.

If you have one-off or unplanned meals, MacrosFirst lets you seamlessly track them by creating extra meals within your plan.

Premium subscribers receive VIP customer support, ensuring they receive top priority assistance 24/7.

MacrosFirst is free to download and use. However, if you choose to upgrade to MacrosFirst Premium, there are two auto-renewing subscription options: $11.99 per month or $79.99 per year.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Subscription prices do not increase upon renewal. You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the Account Settings section of iTunes after purchase. Please note that any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription to MacrosFirst Premium. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
